Meet Coach Cole Hare - Player Development Coordinator at LAUNCH by Galya Athletics.

Cole joins our team after playing four years at Dickinson College before spending two years with the Arizona Diamondbacks, working alongside the organization’s minor league hitting department in player development. His experience includes biomechanics, swing evaluation, video analysis, drill design, and individualized player planning.

Since joining LAUNCH, Cole has helped expand our player evaluation process, organize athlete development data, and build individualized player plans that give athletes and families a clearer roadmap for long-term development.

Whether he’s working with middle school, high school, or college athletes, Cole’s focus is helping each player understand their strengths, address areas for improvement, and build confidence through a personalized development process.

We’re excited to have Cole continue helping us raise the standard at LAUNCH and look forward to the impact he’ll have on our athletes, families, and community. 🚀
