The transition from school to adulthood is one of the most important phases of a student's education. For families of children with special needs, it can also be one of the most overwhelming.

At Harbor School in Eatontown, NJ, transition planning starts at age 14. Students work with our transition coordinator to explore interests, build work skills through in-house and community-based job placements, and develop the life skills they need for independence, including cooking, money management, transportation, and personal hygiene.

❤️🤍💙 Harbor School Remembers 9/11 ❤️🤍💙

Today, our Harbor School students and staff proudly wore red, white, and blue as we came together to remember and honor September 11th.

As a school community, we took time to reflect on the importance of remembrance, unity, kindness, and coming together as one.

We are proud of our Harbor School community for showing their patriotic spirit today.⚓

We remember. We honor. We stand together.
