EES students participated in their first annual Leader in Me binder roll-up event. Students were able to visit their last year's teacher and pick up their leadership portfolios to bring to this year's class. It was fun to see all of their smiles and students loved connecting with their former teachers.

This will come directly to your inbox in your email or inbox in IC Parent Portal (if you have an account). If you have any issues accessing the message or have not received an email by 1:00 pm, please contact the office at (970) 454-3331. We will not be posting any class lists this school year and this will be the notification of the placement of your child. As always, Mr. Matthews and Mrs. Whitman spend a great amount of time ensuring the best placement for your child to fit their needs.

Hello!

My name is Tyler Logan and I have been teaching PE for the past 3 years. I grew up playing sports and competed in track and field in college and that untimely lead me to build my approach to physical education. I believe in a whole child approach, connecting every lesson to their physical, social, and emotional needs. When I am not teaching, my wife and I are out and about exploring new areas or with our corgi, Matilda. I am looking forward to meeting my students and having a great year here at Eaton Elementary!

My name is Dustin, and I am excited to be joining the Eaton Elementary community this year! I have been teaching for eight years and coaching for fifteen years, and I truly enjoy helping students grow both in and out of the classroom.

I am very thrilled for the opportunity to become a part of this wonderful school and community. I look forward to building relationships with my students and their families, creating a positive learning environment, and making this a fun and successful school year.

Welcome to our team as a new Interventionist, Mrs. Perry:

Hello! My name is Leslie Perry, and I am so excited to join the Eaton Elementary team as an Interventionist!
I recently earned my Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education, building on eight years of experience working with elementary students, primarily in literacy and math intervention.
I am passionate about helping students strengthen their skills, build confidence, and experience success. One of my favorite parts of working in education is building meaningful relationships with students and celebrating their growth along the way. I strive to make learning engaging and create a space where every student feels valued and encouraged.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children, traveling, being outdoors, and relaxing at the lake. We also love spending time with Sammy, our corgi, who keeps us entertained and always makes us smile!
I am thrilled to be part of the Eaton Elementary community and look forward to getting to know the students, families, and staff and having a wonderful school year together!
