Hi everyone. My name is Leigh (Mimi) and I own Mimi’s Kitchen in Eaton Rapids. I teach in person cooking classes on Saturdays .... anything from zucchini stir fry to homemade noodles to pork loin. I will also hold classes this summer on grilling and growing and using herbs for cooking. Let me know if you would like more info 😊

There will be no class at Mimi‘s kitchen tomorrow. I’m pretty sure the latest outbreak of the plague locally is keeping people at home. I will be back May 1st to resume classes and create delicious food. I also wanted to mention that Mimi‘s kitchen is going on the road. If you would like me to come to your home to teach a class, I would be available for that. Prices would vary depending on what you wanted to prepare 😊
