Let me first off by saying that I'm a first time mom...so I'm overly protective, extra anxious (borderline paranoid!?). Miss Himaja is a patient, sincere, loving, nurturing teacher. I first met her when my daughter started at a popular, highly rated childcare center in Diamond Bar 1.5 years ago. She was the primary teacher who took care of my then 4-month old baby. We had already tried another highly rated childcare center in Chino Hills when she was 3 months old. We have always struggled with feeding issues ever since I switched her from nursing to bottle feeding. It used to take her about 45mins to finish one feeding of 5oz milk. Miss Himaja took the time to feed my daughter...reheat the bottle in between feeding bc my dear daughter would not drink her milk if it is too cold or too warm.
Even after my daughter moved to the toddler's room, she misses Miss Himaja very much. Every time she sees Miss H, she wants to go to her. A child's reaction never lies...I know my daughter loves Miss H because of the love and caring she has devoted to the children she cares for.
When I found out that Miss H has started her own in home daycare, it was a no brainer that we enroll our daughter there. We are so happy & grateful that she's now under the care of Miss H. Her facility is clean, baby-proof, and safe. She always listen to the parents' request. My daughter has always been a poor eater at her past daycare...and most of the teachers there just told me "kids will eat when they are hungry"...well that's not the case for mine. Since going to Miss H, my daughter has been eating twice as much as she was at daycare. She is happy and smiling in all the pictures and videos we get throughout the day. If you are looking for a reliable, nurturing childcare, I would highly recommend Miss Himaja.
