Stop in for a free week of training & see what were about! Open Monday - Friday starting at 3:30pm!!! Kids MMA 101 is a chance for kids to experiment and learn about the sport of MMA. Kids will be taught Discipline, Respect, Honor, Integrity, Self-control and the basics of the various Martial Arts while progressing through traditional teachings of Shorin-Ryu Karate.
