Marches for learning how to put force into the ground. Two different things go into how fast you can run. The first is how hard can you hit the ground? How much force can you produce in the correct direction? The other one is how fast can you get your feet off the ground after putting the force into the ground? These two things will determine how fast you can run.

Did you know that foot positioning on a leg press effects which muscles are worked the most?

A narrow stance will work the outside of your thighs more while a wider stance will work the inside more.

A lower position on the plate will work more quads, and you’ll work more hamstrings and glutes by moving your feet up toward the top.

Our glutes are an important muscle for triple extension. Training our glutes helps improve both running and jumping through hip extension.

Key points 🔑
‼️ Push through your heels
‼️ Keep your feet close to your butt
‼️ Keep your hips tucked under you instead of arching your lower back.

Start with no weight on a low platform. As you progress, you can add weight, increase the height of the platform, or go single leg. For beginners, start with your feet flat on the ground. All the key points 🔑 above still stand.
