Happy Friday Evening and the Start of Summer Break!
As we close out the 2024–2025 daycare school year, my heart is full of gratitude, reflection, and hope. Being an entrepreneur in the field of early childhood education is one of the most rewarding, humbling, and emotional journeys I could have ever imagined. Each year brings its own joys and challenges, and this one was no different.
Today, I want to pause and say thank you to all the families who have entrusted me with their most precious gifts, to the little ones who filled our classrooms with laughter, wonder, and love, and to the team who helps bring the mission of our center to life each day. As we send several of our little friends off to new adventures this fall, I do so with both pride and a little tug at my heart. Watching them grow and prepare for their next chapter is always bittersweet, but what a blessing it has been to be a part of their early years.
This marks my 11th year as a childcare owner, director, and teacher. Over the years, I’ve had the incredible honor of nurturing so many young hearts and minds, and I’m reminded daily of the purpose and calling God placed over my life. I pray that Palmer’s Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center continues to be a place of love, learning, and light where every child who walks through our doors feels seen, valued, and cherished.
Thank you, God, for covering me, our daycare families, and the continued operations of PHHELC. I’m excited to see all that the next year holds for us. 💜💚💙💛
