The sisters of the Zeta Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma have come together over the last few weeks to deeply reflect on how we can do better. Together we want to work towards a Greek system that is actively inclusive and anti-discriminatory.

How Our Sisters Are Helping from Home:
This week we are teaming up with the Lafayette community to raise money for our national philanthropy, Reading is Fundamental. We recognized that now more than ever, children need books to learn from and escape through while they are stuck at home. If you are interested in helping us fundraise please Venmo - every $3 is one book for a child in need.
Thank you so much for your support!

This week we are teaming up with Easton area restaurant, Daddy's Place, to provide food donations to the healthcare workers at St. Luke's in Easton. We are reaching out to our Kappa and Lafayette community to rally together to show our support for these healthcare heroes for the strength and bravery they have shown during these trying times. If you are interested in donating, we ask you Venmo . Your support means so much to us!
We hope everyone is staying healthy and safe. Thank you in advanced for your help!

This week’s ⚡️💕is Katie! Katie shares how Kappa has helped her professionally, “Before joining Kappa, my passion for visual media was just a weekend activity, and now it is my everyday job and whole life. I have launched a website, created multiple accounts, and will hopefully be working full time in this creative field. None of which would have happened if it wasn’t for the support my sisters give to me. Their love and encouragement has inspired me to chase after what I want! Lots of love ❤️”

This week’s ✨ is Ellery! Ellery explains how Kappa is home, “Living in the Kappa house last semester was easily one of the highlights of my college semester. I grew up with brothers so getting to live with sisters was a new adventure everyday. From piling on top of each other in Sasha and Christain's room in our robes to watch movies, to doing shopping hauls in the lounge, to ordering absurd amounts of food from Daddy’s Place - there is always something to do and someone to do it with. Now that I’m abroad something I miss is waiting for each other in the lounge every Sunday to make a Sam’s bagels run in our PJs. There are countless more weekly traditions, moments and memories that have become such a special part of my life, I can’t wait to reunite with my sisters next semester and do it all over again.” ⚜️💙

This weeks ⚜️✨ is senior, Kelly! Kelly shares, “I am so thankful I chose Kappa because of the strong relationships I have formed with girls in all different grades. Prior to coming to Lafayette, I never saw myself being in a sorority, but I eventually realized I wanted to branch out after my freshman year. I was told Kappa was unique, that it didn’t matter if you were a senior, junior or sophomore, everyone was just equal. This past week, my two littles, my grand-little and I went to a concert in New York City, we sang and danced together all night. I now know that we are more than just equal in Kappa, we are family. As I am coming up on my last couple months here, I can confidently say my experience at Lafayette would be incomplete without Kappa. If there’s any advice I can give someone unsure about joining Greek life, it would be to give every sorority an equal chance, you may just gain 82 new best friends by doing so.” 💕

This week’s is Ellery! Ellery explains how Kappa EMPOWERS her! “I joined Kappa because I could tell from day one that these women are powerhouses. From being encouraged to work alongside them in chapter council to being inspired to sing with them in acapella, I am constantly in awe of my sisters. I have been given the amazing opportunity to be apart of a support system of strong women that empower each other to try new things.”✨
