Third Street Alliance for Women & Children Third Street Alliance inspires and equips women, children, and families to live, learn, and thrive. Public transportation available within one block.

The Learning Center is open 6am-6pm; General office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. From its beginning in 1909 as a grassroots YWCA, then later becoming Third Street Alliance in the 80's, the organization provides resident shelter for homeless women with or without children, and accredited child care in a creative and educational environment.
