Hello everyone. I apologize for the short notice, but due to the weather I have to cancel this morning's Tai Chi class at the Smith Farm at Borderland. Fingers crossed for good weather on June 13th!

Continuing Wellness Week at Smith Farm at Borderland again a friendly reminder that there are 3 classes available on Saturday, May 9! Barbara Strassman, the Sole The Sole Woman - Heart and Soul Holistic Healing Center, is with us from 8-9am and 10-11:30am. I'll be doing my thing at this season's first Tai Chi class from 9-10am. No signup is required fro this class.
After me is Dr. Joelle Chateauneuf who will be with us from 10 to 11:30. She will be conducting a group hypnomeditation class. Signup for Dr. Joelle will be on site the day of class.
We are located at 95 Bay Road (GPS) at the corner of Bay and Allen Roads. Gate will be open to drive through, about 3/4-mile down the dirt road, and you may park across from the farmhouse in the adjacent field. For more info, contact Becky Wittenberg Bast at [email protected].

World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day is this Saturday, April 25. I will be teaching at 2 locations this year! I will, of course, be at the Ames Free Library - North Easton, Massachusetts from 9-10 am, weather permitting.
I will also be teaching with Sifu Swain and Sifu McGuire at the Memorial United Methodist Church in Taunton (176 Somerset Ave., Taunton, MA) from 10:30-12 pm. This one is indoors, so it's rain or shine.

Our newest video drops at 8 AM this morning on The Easton Martial Arts Center on YouTube. It's the 46 Posture Tai Chi set for my students to Follow Along (if you can!). It's basically a combination of the 24 Yang Style Set to the left and then to the right. Filmed at the Ames Free Library in North Easton just in time for World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day on April 25.
