Keasha had the honor of speaking at the 2026 Women to Watch event on August 8th at The Market at Dover Station (), hosted by the Star Democrat (). The topic was "Shaping Her Path: The Importance Of Mentoring Young Women." It was a special morning, filled with meaningful conversations around leadership, legacy, and living with purpose in every season of life. Thank you to the Star Democrat for the opportunity!

✨ 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐧!

Over the coming weeks, we'll be introducing each of our incredible 2026 cohort graduates and celebrating the dreams they're working toward.

Rhiannon envisions a future where she attends Duke University or UNC Chapel Hill and becomes a neuropsychologist, helping others through her passion for learning.

Her vision board also reflects the importance of personal growth, with goals that include spending time in nature, practicing meditation, and playing the guitar. 🌿

We're so proud of Rhiannon and can't wait to see where her journey takes her! 💜

Friday morning, we were honored to receive a Community Grant from Walmart in Easton during their grand reopening celebration! 💙

As Walmart celebrates nearly 35 years of serving our community, we are incredibly grateful that they chose to invest in the future of our girls and young women through the Foundation of HOPE.

A look back at our 2026 Economic Development & Empowerment Program 💜

Over the course of 16 weeks, our girls discovered just how capable they are. Through hands-on activities, financial literacy and nutrition workshops, mock job interviews, entrepreneurship, leadership development, and more, they gained the tools and confidence to dream bigger and prepare for their futures.

The journey concludes with each girl presenting a vision board, sharing her goals, dreams, and the future she's working toward. A reminder that when young women are equipped with knowledge, mentorship, and opportunity, there's no limit to what they can achieve!

What an incredible season!

We're still celebrating our largest Economic Empowerment & Development Program cohort ever! Twenty-six 6th grade students from Easton and Saint Michaels Middle Schools recently completed our 16-week program, presented their capstone vision boards, and celebrated their accomplishments with a well-deserved trip to Hershey Park.

But that's not all that's been happening...

🌟 As we enter our 9th year, we're incredibly proud to see our earliest participants reaching new milestones. From three Foundation of HOPE students graduating high school to scholarship recipient Kaleigh Hammond earning her degree from Chesapeake College, and Board Member Dr. Olivia Brice completing her Doctorate of Education!

🎓 We were especially honored that our Founder, Keasha Haythe, delivered the commencement address at Chesapeake College, where she had the privilege of being on-hand to celebrate Kaleigh's achievement.

🌹 Roses of HOPE continues to grow thanks to the generous supporters who are investing in opportunities for women and girls across our community.

🏡 The HOPE Center Campaign is moving forward, bringing us one step closer to creating a permanent home for education, mentorship, and empowerment programs that will serve generations to come.

Our 2026 Cohort recently wrapped up the our Economic Development and Empowerment Program with a well-deserved celebration at Hersheypark ! 🎢🍫

Over the course of 16 weeks, these incredible young women have grown in confidence, built valuable life and leadership skills, explored future career opportunities, and discovered the power of setting goals and believing in themselves. We are so proud of them!

Today we're celebrating one of our very own, Maia Bailey, as she turns 16!

Maia is a proud graduate of our Economic Development and Empowerment Program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she turned her passion for baking into her own business, Sweet Treats by Maia, and has been creating delicious treats ever since.

We're especially grateful that Maia recently shared her talents by providing the beautiful cupcakes and cookies for our 2026 cohort certificate celebration. It was a wonderful way to help celebrate the accomplishments of our newest graduates while showcasing what can happen when young entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to grow.

This year, we proudly celebrated the completion of our 9th Economic Development & Empowerment Program cohort, the largest in Foundation of HOPE history.

After completing the 16-week program, 26 sixth-grade girls from Easton Middle School and St. Michaels Middle High School presented their capstone projects: powerful vision boards filled with their goals for college, careers, and the lives they aspire to lead.

This video captures some of those special moments, along with heartfelt words of gratitude from both the girls and their families. Their reflections remind us of the power of investing in young women and providing them with the tools, encouragement, and support to dream boldly.
