Starting off the week with kicks! Don’t forget, we also have promotions this week. Consistency = progress!

ASMR Muay Thai pad work with the Tortuga 🐢. I want to wait a few more sessions to go back to the breakdowns so we can point out the improvements. Already making huge progress. Antonio’s working on balance on head kicks, knee improvements, and showing up on time.

1st Round Breakdowns with Adam. A-dam or E-dam 🤷🏻‍♂️. Adam has been a long time student of Nak Muay Gym, beautiful kicks, nice all around technique, but we have to fix the lazy hands after the combos.
