An AED can be used by any one of us, seasoned medical professional or concerned bystander.

But there is value in training to use one.

In that sudden moment when something happens- someone chokes, a loved one falls over, a stranger grabs their chest... having previous training to call on does make a difference.

The equipment won't be entirely unfamiliar. You will remember to press the on button (a common mistake). And yes, adult pads can be applied to an infants bare chest since that is all that you have.

We encourage you to take a CPR class.
