🌟 Growing as Leaders. Leading with Faith. 🌟

On Friday, several of our senior Student Council members had the opportunity to join student leaders from our sister schools across the Diocese of Allentown for a meaningful Leadership Summit.

Our Crusaders were inspired by keynote speaker The Honorable Eleni V. Dimitriou Geishaser and spiritual leader Reverend Matthew J. Kuna, who challenged students to reflect on what it truly means to lead with purpose, courage, and faith.

The day included large-group and small-group discussions, giving our students the opportunity to share ideas, listen to different perspectives, and grow alongside fellow student leaders from throughout the diocese.

Dr. St. Pierre also addressed the students expressing their importance to their schools and communities

The Summit concluded with the celebration of Holy Mass with our very own Bishop Alfred Schlert '79—a beautiful reminder that true leadership begins with service and a commitment to something greater than ourselves.

We are proud of our senior Crusaders for representing Notre Dame so well and embracing every opportunity to lead with courage, grace, and compassion. 💙💛

✨ Congratulations to our 2026–2027 Student Council Inductees! ✨

Today, following Mass, we proudly welcomed our newest Student Council members into their roles of leadership and service at Notre Dame.

Our Student Council Moderator, Mrs. Fenton, beautifully reflected on what it truly means to be a leader—not only at Notre Dame, but in life. Leadership is about so much more than having a title. It’s about being there for others when they need you most. It’s choosing to lead with courage, grace, and compassion, especially when no one is watching.

Our Student Council members have been entrusted with an important responsibility: to serve their classmates, represent the values of our Crusader community, and lead by example.

May you always remember that true leadership begins with a heart willing to serve. 💙💛

Last Friday, our Notre Dame family gathered in prayer to commemorate the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, and to honor the memory of our beloved alumna, Colleen Supinski ’92.

We were especially grateful to gather in front of Colleen’s memorial bench, overlooking our campus track—a place where her memory continues to have a beautiful and lasting presence in our school community.

Surrounded by Colleen’s family, friends, alumni, faculty, staff, and students, we paused to remember her life, honor her legacy, and pray for all those whose lives were forever changed by the events of 9/11.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember those we lost, support those who continue to carry their memories, and pray for all who were impacted by that day.

May we never forget.
