Lafayette College has earned the 2026 Pride of Easton Award—an award recognizing outstanding commitment to the region through generosity, leadership, and hands-on involvement in strengthening the Easton area community.

“Lafayette College is a true cornerstone, not only of the Easton area community but also of higher education on a national stage. For 200 years, the institution’s roots have remained deeply woven into the culture, identity, and continued growth of Easton,” says Caitlin Hamlin Myers, assistant vice president of Affiliated Chambers, Easton and Warren County Initiatives, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Lafayette College’s Bicentennial celebrations are reaching the nation of our namesake! 🇫🇷🐆

In conjunction with the opening of the exhibition Lafayette Between France and America: History and Legend at the National Archives of France, members of the Lafayette College community convened in Paris this April to observe the Bicentennial, celebrate the Marquis de Lafayette, and represent the College named in his honor.

A Lafayette summer tradition returns to the Quad. 🎬🍿

Lafayette College is inviting faculty, staff, students, and community members to join us for the annual outdoor film screening. The summer schedule will include:

• June 16 (Rain date June 18): How to Train Your Dragon (2025)
• July 14 (Rain date July 16): Zootopia 2 (2025)
• August 11 (Rain date Aug. 13): Superman (2025)
