Farm Animals! 🐷🐴🐓🐔 This week we made chickens with our handprints, we practiced color sorting by putting the correct animals in the colored barn, and we made muddy pigs!

This week we learned about Gardening & Harvesting Crops! We made cute radishes and carrots, we practiced our cutting skills with separating what’s a crop and what’s not, and we made garden vegetables out of our hand prints!

This week was all about Apples and Apple Orchards! 🍎 We used tissue paper to make big red apples, we colored apple tree coloring pages, and we used an apple stamp to make apples in a mason jar!

This week we learned all about our 5 senses! We made our own eye colored with ripped paper, we practiced our scissor skills by matching the body part to the sense it uses, we colored coloring pages that taught us all about our 5 senses. Lastly, we painted our tongues with red paint and glitter!

This week was “All About My Family.” We painted watercolor houses. Colored pictures of our families, and we made beautiful hearts with our handprints in them for our families.

The Humane Society paid us a special visit today to teach us the importance of adopting. We also got to see a cute kitten, Pinecone!

This week was all about Community Helpers! We made bright red fire trucks out of our handprints. We became police officers with our own handmade badges. Lastly we practiced our scissor skills by matching the community helper to their office building. We appreciate all the visitors who came out to teach us how important our community helpers are!

Some special community helpers came to visit us today! We got to see how a trash truck operated and even climb inside and honk the horn. Then Officer Smith came with his K9 Chief to teach us the importance of safety and police officers. We can’t wait for our next visitors!
