The art of scoring is one of the hardest aspects of soccer. Even the best players lose form and being able to sit back and asses what needs to be worked on is so important. Don’t be too hard on yourself and keep believing in your ability.

Here’s a good read about the “Flow State”. This is a topic for more advanced players but being able to enter this state when you play will enable you to play better and perform at the highest levels. It is a combination of skill, mindset, and focus while being able to challenge yourself. Finding the right balance will help to bring this state out and help improve your game!!!

Colman Kim, a great player from Connecticut, speaks about what it is like training with E.T Soccer. Even before I created this program, Colman and I would spend countless hours working together to build our game both mentally and physically. Now I am beginning to take what I have learned and impact the youth players locally, by creating sessions that are structured and produce results for boys and girls at any age/level.
