Cornerstone Christian Academy exists as a ministry of Eastman First Baptist Church to provide academic excellence through a Biblical worldview to develop students who become complete in Christ, think critically, and grow in Christlike character.

Congratulations to our new Interim Head of School, Mrs. Kathy Cranford. Mrs. Cranford will take over school responsibilities in June. We are excited to have her in this position and expect great things from CCA moving forward!

Meet Mrs. Gr***de! She is currently our long-term Sub in First Grade. She will be joining us again next year to teach 1st Grade full time!

My name is Amy Gr***de and I live in Eastman. GA. I am married to Cody Gr***de and have three sons, Micah, Luke, and Isaiah. I graduated from Dodge County High in 2002. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southwestern University. I have 8 years of classroom teaching experience. I left teaching to be a stay at home mom for several years and now I am excited to return to teaching at CCA.
In my free time, I enjoy camping, decorating, and spending time with my family.

Meet Mrs. Coleman! She will be teaching Math and Science for 6th grade next year!

My name is Tonya Coleman and I live in Eastman, Georgia. I am married to Joey Coleman and we have two adult children, Kaitlin and Cameron with a son and daughter-in-law. We have four grandchildren with another due July 2024. I graduated in 1992 from Dodge County High School. I have a Business Office Technology degree from Heart of Georgia Technical Institute (now Oconee Fall Line.

I graduated in 2005 from Mercer University with a degree in Education. I received my master’s degree in curriculum from American Intercontinental University and a specialist degree in Teacher Leadership from Georgia Southwestern.

I am retiring from Dodge County Middle School in June of 2024. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, swimming, and reading. I am excited to begin a new journey teaching at CCA next year.

Meet Miss Hardy! She will be joining us next year to teach Kindergarten!

My name is Madison Hardy and I live in Eastman, GA. I am graduating from Georgia Southern University in May with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. In the fall, I will start pursuing a Master’s degree from Georgia Southern in Instructional Technology. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, reading, cooking, and playing pickleball! I am so excited to begin my teaching career at CCA!
