This month, we’ve got plenty of ways to move, play, and try something new. From festive themed classes to an Arm Balances + Inversions Workshop for anyone ready to get a little upside down. 🤸‍♀️

We’ve got a full month ahead at Y6 Eastchester: Back to School Grounding Restore with Cece, a TRX Yoga Pop-Up with Shivani, Fall Equinox Sound Healing with Cece, and a Cozy Candlelit Equinox Restore with Preet. Plus, two classes on the schedule are now Core 💪

And there’s more to look forward to: our Costa Rica Retreat in April 2027 is booking now, and registration is open for January 2027 Yoga Teacher Training. 🌴🧘
