π΄ PART-TIME BARN MANAGER / RIDING INSTRUCTOR WANTED π΄
We are looking for the right person to join our team at our private horse farm in the East York, PA area.
This position will start part-time but could very easily grow into a full-time position for someone who wants to take on more hours and responsibility as our programs continue to grow.
This is much more than just a stall-cleaning position. We are looking for someone who can become an important part of the day-to-day operation of the barn.
Responsibilities will include:
π΄ Teaching private and group riding lessons

Helping with lesson scheduling and organization
π§Ή Cleaning stalls 2 days per week
π Helping manage and care for our lesson horses
π§½ Keeping the barn, tack, and equipment clean and organized
π Keeping notes on students and helping track their progress
π©βπ§ Working with children, teens, and adults
π΄ Exercising and working horses when needed
π€ Helping coordinate daily barn responsibilities
π Assisting with camps, special programs, clinics, and events
πͺ Helping wherever needed to keep the barn running smoothly
We need someone who is dependable, organized, hardworking, confident around horses, and able to take initiative.
English and/or Western experience welcome. Riding and teaching experience strongly preferred.
There is significant room for this position to grow. For the right person who wants more hours, this could develop into a full-time role with increased responsibilities.
