Lee Elementary is grateful for your dedication spanning over 10 years. We're ecstatic for your future endeavors and the incredible stories that await, yet we're also deeply grateful for the memories we've shared. You can always come back and leave your mark on a door or two, and perhaps a bulletin board; your presence will be cherished by the kids and colleagues who adore your laughter. This morning, one of our radiant 6th-grade students unleashed joy by bringing her mini boombox to the playground, cranking up the beat, and hosting her own vibrant dance party! What typically would've been a moment to redirect became a perfectly timed celebration, as students from all grades flocked to her infectious energy, uniting in spontaneous dance. It was truly heartwarming to witness the older kids cheering on their younger peers with enthusiasm, creating an unforgettable scene that embodied the spirit of togetherness and pure delight.

As we wrapped up the final school assembly, cameras captured the excitement in photos. Students beamed with pride as they received certificates for perfect attendance, embodying the character trait of creativity, and achieving fitness goals, alongside their classroom accomplishments. Though farewells are never easy, we take comfort in the knowledge that many familiar faces will return next year. Letting go of our sixth graders is always the toughest, knowing they're on the cusp of new adventures and challenges, but we're confident that the foundation we've built will empower them to conquer seventh grade with success. Years of memories flood our minds, from guiding tiny hands through kindergarten to now, witnessing growth, laughter, and occasional mischief. We've been there to tie shoes, zip coats, and offer bandaids for boo-boos, serving as a steady presence through life's ups and downs, including the tough times of broken friendships.

I haven't posted a birthday picture in ages... guess that makes me the ultimate procrastinator! Anyway... just gaze upon these utterly fantastic youngsters!!! Seriously, take a look at them!! Everyone at Lee hopes they've had a birthday that's simply fantastic!! Sending huge birthday hugs to each one!🦁
