Good afternoon Taunton Public Schools community. We understand that there are many questions that our students and families have at this point in time. Please know that our entire district is working extremely hard to prepare for this upcoming school year. We are trying to answer your questions in a timely manner and get you all the information you are looking for.

This page is a great resource for us to get information out to our community. Please understand that this page is not managed or monitored 24 hours per day. We know there are many questions that are posted on the page and additionally we receive many direct messages with important questions. We do our best to answer them when we can, but please understand that you should be contacting your building principals with specific questions. Please see the attached image with the contact information for all our schools and building principals.

You can anticipate seeing continued communications from the superintendent and the district on this page in the coming weeks. The Technology Department has received questions via email and facebook regarding chromebooks. The following FAQ link was created to answer all of your questions. As you may know assigning chromebooks to over 8000 students is a complex task. Transitioning to a 1:1 district where all students get a chromebook is very exciting! Details were shared for Taunton High School chromebook distribution only. However, information will be coming soon for other schools and grade levels throughout the month of August. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
