Lin Waan Kuen—meaning “linked” or “chain/chained” punches—are a staple of Wing Tsun kung fu. It is one of the clearest representations of the concept of defense through overwhelming, smothering, consistent offense. We can train it in the air, on a wall bag/heavy bag, or with a partner holding focus mitts or a kick shield.
