Setauket Presbyterian Preschool

We are excited to invite your child to our Sing, Stretch, & Breathe Summer Yoga Camp — a special collaboration between our preschool and church community!

This fun and engaging camp will take place August 10–22 from 9:30 AM–12:00 PM for children ages 4-7. Families may choose to register for one week or both weeks.

Throughout camp, children will enjoy:

✨Yoga and movement
✨Music and creative activities
✨Mindfulness and breathing exercises
✨Games, stories, and summer fun in a nurturing environment

To help your child have the best experience, please send them each day with:

✨A healthy snack
✨A water bottle
✨A towel or yoga mat

We look forward to spending part of the summer singing, stretching, breathing, and growing together!

Today in STEAM class we celebrated National Librarian Day by delving into Classification of Information and a gentle introduction to the Dewey Decimal system & Library Sciences📚

Our Little STEAMers were visited by Librarian Emily, Emma Clark Memorial Library’s Teens/Tweens Department Head, she led the children in multiple classifying activities as well as a hilarious Storytelling of The Little Red Hen! 📖✨

📖March is Mystery Reader Month!✨ Pastor Candace “Candy” Whitman joined us earlier this month to teach us what it means to be an author and an illustrator. She has a master's degree in art and art education, and has illustrated more than eight books for children. She read her book “The Night is Like an Animal”, and demonstrated how she made her pictures! Thank you for joining us as our Mystery Reader, Pastor Candy!
