The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle One sunny Sunday, the caterpillar was hatched out of a tiny egg. He was very hungry. On Monday, he ate through one apple; on Tuesday, he ate through three plums--and still he was hungry. When full at last, he made a cocoon around himself and went to sleep, to wake up a few weeks later wonderfully transformed into a butterfly! Watch Here: https://safesha.re/3q8t

Let’s grow carrot tops! Growing carrot tops from carrots takes no special equipment and results will be seen in a matter of days – always a bonus when working with kids! First off, a word of caution; when we say you can grow carrots from carrots, we mean the plant, not the root vegetable. The orange, kid-friendly vegetable is actually a taproot and once removed from the plant - it can’t regrow. Make sure you explain this to your kids before your project begins. Water Method - You can grow carrots in water. Cut the top from a grocery store carrot. You’ll need about one inch of the top. Place the carrot tops in a glass pie plate or plastic container. Make sure you keep about a 1/4 of an inch of water in the container. Place in a warm sunny window and WATCH!

My son really enjoys going to school. The teachers are amazing and have helped me to relax and enjoy his preschool experience. I am sad that he couldn’t go here for another year. We love this school!

Fingerpainted Flowers. Materials Needed: Finger paint paper(or any paper), variety of finger paint colors. Children can make flowers by using the sides of their fists for the center of the flower, their open hands to make leaves, and fingerprints to make the petals! Don't have fingerpaints? Just about any paint will do if you paint directly on your child's hand!
