⚠️ NEW CLASSES ⚠️

We are excited to add 3 new classes to our schedule starting next week.

Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 - 1:30 so now we will have a noon class every day of the week.

We’re also adding a Wednesday Beginners Class from 11am - 12pm to work on the fundamentals with our beginners.

Our Jiu Jitsu classes will help kids obtain self-defense skills through their training, and boosting their overall self confidence which is one of our goals 🥋

Next Women’s Class coming up this Saturday the 27th at 9:30am

The class is free for all women. It’s open to all levels and we welcome those who have never trained before and would like to try for the first time. All affiliations are welcome, message us if you have any questions.

Our Kids Program focuses on teaching kids the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We have two age groups: 5 – 7 years old, and 8 – 12 years old. Bring your child to the playground and try a free class.

Open Mat Saturday is for everyone🥋

We’re adding a new class to our schedule 🚨 Every Sunday at 11am we’ll be having a “Law Enforcement Nogi Open Mat” hosted by Aj Renzi () at the Playground.

All Law Enforcement and first responders are welcome to come and train for free every Sunday. See you on the mats!

Another night of promotions 🥋 this time our Kids Class (8 - 12 years old) earned new belts and stripes. We are so proud of their progress and the hard work they put in every class. Congratulations 👏
