* any students that are absent or forget money on their shopping day and are unable to attend Steam night will be invited to shop on Friday.

It’s Book Fair week!! Students will be invited to shop during their library classes and families can shop together during STEAM night on Thursday! There’s still time to set up e-wallets if you prefer not to send cash in. Remember when helping your child plan their shopping that 7% sales tax is added to every purchase. Also, as with every book fair there are non-book items available for purchase, if you do not want your child to purchase these items please send a note to us or to your child’s teacher indicating that. We are officially ONE WEEK away from our Savers Fundraiser!

Last year, with your help, we donated over 2,000lbs of clothing and over 4,000lbs of housewares, books, etc!!!

Help us beat that number this year!

The Kent Heights PTO wishes to extended its sincere thanks to Mr. Emanuel our custodian whose last day with us is tomorrow. Monday he begins a new position in the district. We will sincerely miss his cheerful and positive attitude and the love and care he showed toward our children and school. We wish you well Mr. Emanuel! We encourage Kent Heights families to show thanks to Mr. Emanuel tomorrow on his last day!

Winter is ending and the Kent Heights PTO is springing into the new season with lots of fun events and fundraisers!! We can only be successful with the help of our wonderful families. It’s SurveyWorks season! The goal is 95% participation by KHS families! Be sure to fill in a survey for each of your children in school!

The winning class earns a pizza party and the students and teacher get a chance to pie Mrs. Barreto!
