Dynamic Therapy We offer speech therapy; professional development; and educational, business, and career services! Dynamic Therapy was founded in 2016 in Washington, DC by Mr.

Darius Thomas. We offer hearing screenings, tutoring for literacy and all elementary, middle, and high school subjects, as well as therapy for stuttering, articulation, fluency, voice, and resonance, including respiration and phonation; receptive and expressive language, cognitive aspects of communication (attention, memory, sequencing, problem-solving, executive functioning); social aspects of co

mmunication (including challenging behavior, ineffective social skills, and lack of communication opportunities); and augmentative and alternative communication modalities. We believe in delivering quality assessment and therapy services by constantly adding to and updating our assessment and therapy resources. We have a huge range of standardized and non-standardized assessment tools for all ages and we utilize toys, games, technology as well as traditional pen & paper tasks to develop communication skills and make therapy fun.

We’re so excited to welcome Tiara Thomas, SLPA, to the Dynamic Therapy team! 💛✨

Tiara’s journey to speech-language pathology is one that really reflects her heart for helping people.

Before becoming an SLPA, she worked in social work, crisis response, and behavioral therapy—supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. Over time, her passion for working with children continued to grow through volunteering in schools and family shelters, along with two years of experience as an ABA therapist working with children and adolescents in school, home, and clinical settings.

All of those experiences eventually led her to the field of speech-language pathology, where she now gets to combine her love for helping others with her passion for communication, confidence, and independence.

Tiara brings such a thoughtful, compassionate, and people-centered approach to her work, and we’re truly happy to have her join our team.

Meet Our New Graduate Clinician, Cait Eichhorn!!

Cait earned her Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and proudly served six years on active duty in the U.S. Army.

Following her military service, Cait felt called to continue serving others in a new way and discovered a passion for speech-language pathology. She is excited to expand her clinical knowledge, gain meaningful hands-on experience, and learn alongside the Dynamic Therapy team.

Welcome to the Team, Charli Vu! ✨

We are excited to welcome Charli Vu, Occupational Therapist, to the Dynamic Therapy family! 💛

Charli is a pediatric Occupational Therapist with several years of experience supporting children and families across a variety of settings. Her career has taken her from Austin to Chicago to Upstate New York, giving her the opportunity to work with diverse populations and support children with a wide range of developmental and functional needs.

Now back in her hometown, Charli is excited to bring her experience and passion to the Dynamic Therapy team. She values collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop meaningful, practical strategies that help each child participate more fully and succeed in their everyday environments.

Whether she is supporting fine motor development, sensory regulation, self-care skills, handwriting, or overall independence, Charli strives to make therapy a space where every child feels safe, supported, confident, and celebrated.

We are excited to welcome Tisha Harper, School Psychologist, to the Dynamic Therapy team! 💗

Tisha Harper brings 22 years of experience as a school psychologist, dedicating her career to supporting the academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and developmental needs of children and adolescents. Throughout her career, she has served students and school communities in Florida, Georgia, and Washington State, working collaboratively with students, families, educators, administrators, and other professionals to help every student learn, grow, and succeed.

Tisha’s experience includes conducting comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations, interpreting assessment results, identifying students’ strengths and areas of need, and developing individualized recommendations and interventions. She also provides individual and group counseling and supports school teams in implementing effective strategies within the educational environment.

After more than two decades in the field, Tisha remains committed to providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and student-centered psychological services. Her goal is to use her experience and expertise to empower students, support families and educators, and help schools create environments where all students can thrive.

✨ Meet Niemo Hassan, one of our Graduate Clinicians at Dynamic Therapy! ✨

Niemo is a graduate student in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Emerson College and is pursuing a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

During her time with Dynamic Therapy, Niemo will gain valuable hands-on experience providing speech and language services in the school setting under the leadership and supervision of Damaris Morris.

Originally from Atlanta, Mary Martha earned her B.A. from Brown University before beginning her journey toward becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. After working as a Registered Behavior Technician, she began Emerson College’s M.S. in Communication Disorders program.

Mary Martha is passionate about helping children feel connected, supported, and confident as they grow their communication skills. We’re excited to have her learning and growing alongside our team under Brittany Mitchell’s guidance!

Our team includes School Psychologists, School Counselors, Speech-Language Therapists, Speech-Language Assistant Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
