In collaboration with Grady Health Care, we are pleased to share this prostate cancer awareness and screening initiative. The goal is to screen as many as 1000 African-American men (age over 40 or 35+ with a father or brother diagnosed with the disease) in the month of September. The location of our events are on the QR code attached to the letter.
