9:00 - Check in/registration
9:30-11:30 The fundamentals of Taiji movement
12:00-2:00 An introduction to Silk Reeling Exercises

Cost : $20 for single session $30 for both

Sessions will be led by Dwight Edwards, Jim Wheeler, and Keith Boswell

All styles and levels of experience are welcome!
