The AAPC respects and embraces the diverse cultures of our communities, facilitates educational equity and improvements in academic outcomes, values varied forms of parent involvement to foster the healthy development of all students, and provides the tools and skills necessary for families to access information to purposefully participate in a rapidly changing world.

🎓✨ Celebrating Student Excellence on !

Today, the Pasadena NAACP proudly awarded $10,000 in scholarships to 10 outstanding students on the steps of Pasadena City Hall.

Our 2026 scholarship recipients include graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who have demonstrated academic achievement, leadership, community service, and perseverance. Many of this year’s recipients also navigated the challenges of the Eaton Fire while remaining committed to their educational goals.

The 2026 scholarship program was co-led by Victoria Williams, Pasadena NAACP Education Chair, and Stephan McGrue, Pasadena NAACP Youth & College Chair, continuing the branch’s longstanding commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders.
