ECD team members, Ms. Hendricks, Ms. Best, Ms. Baguidy, and Nurse Guyton did a presentation at Community Day Nursery on Keep Calm and Learn On: PreK Summer Tips. It was a wonderful turnout of over 20 parents! Games and items were raffled off to parents. Materials were provided in English, Spanish, and Creole to support our MLL learners. Translators (Ms. Guyton and Ms. Baguidy) were present to support the parents of our MLL learners and make the information accessible to all! Thank you to all the parents and thank you to Community Day Nursery for hosting and being a partner in this event!

I think we may be looking at future chemists! Our preschoolers at Warwick watch a demonstration of how to produce slime before getting into the action themselves. The science lesson teaches how different ingredients work together to create something new!
