To my wonderful customers and friends,

Many of you have been asking about my health and the status of my business. The past several months have been difficult to navigate, and it has been hard to find the right words to explain what’s been going on. In addition to treating rheumatoid arthritis, I have been experiencing some unpredictable and ongoing health challenges.

During this time, I have continued completing the projects currently in house and, on a case-by-case basis, have taken on a few smaller projects as I’ve been able. At this point, I will continue to complete the work I currently have in house, and any upcoming appointments will remain on my schedule. However, I will not be taking any new orders at this time.

This has been a very difficult decision because creating meaningful keepsakes and special pieces for your families has truly brought me so much joy over the years. Being part of your memories and milestones has been an honor I never take for granted.

I am so deeply grateful for the kindness, patience, prayers, messages, and support so many of you have shown me. It means more than I can express.

While I don’t yet know exactly what the next chapter looks like, I do know that right now I need to listen to my body and give myself the time and space to heal. I kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time.

I wanted to share an important update with all of you.
As of today, I will not be taking on any new orders. I will, of course, be completing all projects currently in-house as planned, and any upcoming appointments will remain on my schedule.

After that, I will be placing my business on a temporary pause.
I have recently developed rheumatoid arthritis and need to take time to rest my joints and focus on recovery.

I am truly grateful for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this time. Your kindness means so much to me.

Day 7 of my year-in-review focuses on custom appliquéd items.
One of my favorites was this pillow, created by combining hand-made stoles crafted by a customer’s late grandmother with one of her favorite shirts. She was famous for her potato salad, so we turned those stoles into a playful potato salad scene and even included her signature. It was such a meaningful way to celebrate her talent, her traditions, and the memories she left behind. 💛

Day Six of my year-in-review highlights memory animals other than bears.
Each created from meaningful clothing and thoughtfully designed to reflect the spirit, hobbies, or personality of a loved one. Memory keepsakes don’t have to follow one pattern; sometimes the animal itself is part of the story. 🐴 🐧 🐘 🐢 🐰 🐶

Day 5 of my Year in Review is all about memory blankets.
From baby blankets to full T-shirt quilts, every one of these was created from clothing filled with stories, milestones, and memories. No two are ever the same—and that’s what makes them so special. I’m always honored to turn something once worn and loved into something that can be held forever.

Day Four of my Year in Review 💛
Today I’m sharing some of my newer Baby Statistic Pillow layouts and themes. These are always such fun projects for me because every family brings a different idea, story, or theme, and I love turning that into something meaningful.

One of these pillows is especially close to my heart because it celebrates the birth of my own grandson. Creating that one was extra special and a moment I’ll always treasure.

Thank you to all the families who let me be part of such beautiful milestones — it truly means more to me than you know.

These customized trunks were a truly special project. My customers brought me their own trunks, and I relined the interiors and added custom embroidery to make them one-of-a-kind. I love transforming meaningful pieces into something both beautiful and personal—details matter, and it’s always an honor to be trusted with items that hold memories. 💙

Day 2 | 2025 Year in Review ✨
One of my favorite projects this year came from a customer’s beautiful idea.
These men’s ties were embroidered with a discreet message on the inside—a reminder, a sentiment, something meaningful known only to the wearer.

Thank you for the inspiration and for letting me be part of something so personal.
