📢 Vendors wanted!

The FRIENDS Of The East Moline Public Library will be hosting a Craft and Vendor Fair at the library this Fall! We are currently looking for vendors for the event. Tables are very limited, so if you'd like to be a vendor, please email [email protected] for more info.

This Saturday, Team Phoenix Martial Arts will be at the library for Galactic Saber Training from 1-2pm! Every child that attends will get a Star Wars action figure. Sign up on the library's website: https://eastmoline.librarycalendar.com/events/month

Families across the Quad Cities, including here in East Moline, are feeling the impact of the Tyson Foods plant closure in Joslin.

For many, Tyson was more than a workplace. It was a steady source of income, a place where careers were built and, for some, where entire families across generations have worked. This transition will have a real impact on workers, families and communities across our region.

To those affected, please know support is available. Local organizations can help connect individuals and families with housing, utility, food assistance, employment resources and other services.
