Long time no post ... we're still out here. 😉 Recently, Kobukan Aiki-Jujutsu instructors were invited to conduct a seminar for the Henderson County Sheriffs Office. Without question, we were thrilled to be able to contribute to a greater cause & we look forward to working with our local law enforcement again in the future. 🇺🇸⚫️🔵⚫️⚪️⚫️🇺🇸
So good you’ll still be feeling it three days later. Good to see our friend Arch back on the tatami. Folks, we’re still kickin it - we don’t have people to run our page for us so we do what everybody else does - we take care of our business out in the world, our jobs our families our dojo, and post whenever we can. Two of our favorite people have been training diligently ... good to see your smiling faces.
Kobukan will resume classes at a later date, TBA. This Shihan is not hanging up her hakama. We will move forward once we’ve identified a practical way to do so. There will be changes. That can’t be helped. But please remember above all, all of our instructors are people who have jobs and families. This is something we do because we enjoy it and because we value it and believe it is worth passing on to those who also value it.

The frigid cold didn't keep us out of the dojo. In fact we now know what it's like to be inside an ice cube! Karate basics tonite = Lots of movement to keep our bodies warm 😉.
