AN EVOLUTION OF HEARTH To returning to Southern California, the melting pot of not only its inhabitants but its food as well.
After acquiring a degree at the Art Institute of Los Angeles.Working in Nevada at a few of the most luxuries hotel on the Las Vegas strip and being a part of a Grand Opening of a Jillian's in the Downtown Vegas sector. I gained experience and sharpened my skills working at various venues such as the Oakmont Country Club and The Ritz Carlton. Wanting to venture out on my own, driven by a desire to bring a burst of flavor to a universal canvas, the idea behind the MOXIE EVOLUTION WAS BORN.
