Cynthia Barajas is one of the Original Brown Berets , from Casa Blanca . She never resigned ,in fact when David Sanchez , dismantled the Brown Beret Organization in the early 1970s , she continued with her Chapter 46. She is standing in the first Pic holding the Banner, on the right. She is a warrior , she never has quit, fighting for our Raza. Now she has formed an Elders group , and also a new Adelitas group , for our younger generation , her daughter leads.

This is the only pic I.could find of the Adelitas, after they left the Brown Berets ,in East los.right is Gloria Arrelanes , Hilda Reyes those are the only two I know that resigned .

At this time, when there are so many organizations ,that are involved in Communist and Maxism practices. It is very crucial that Brown Berets were not , in any way communists or marxists. It is written, you should not affiate yourself in uniform as a Brown Beret with their organizations. A Leader in Cuba , that was admired with his leadership skills was Guevarra but not with his political beliefs. If you all Brown Berets want to follow the Brown Book , then it's important your chapter follows the founders original Brown Berets..
