Top Tier Tumbling was founded by Coach Courie Bailey, the co-owner of East Celebrity Elite Manchester, also known as Phoenix All Stars. Coach Courie has over 20 years experience teaching tumbling to children aged 3 and above. Coach Courie owned ECE Manchester for 15 years, coaching teams from level 1 to level 7, with his most recent victory coming at All Star Worlds 2025 with his gold championship winning extra small senior 4.2 team Fuego! Top Tier Tumbling is a mobile tumbling coaching service, operating out of various locations to include Greenwhich CT, Cromwell, CT and East Longmeadow, MA. Coach Courie works with athletes at all tumbling levels, specializing in advanced tumbling techniques, ranging from back tucks to double-fulls and everything in between. His hands-on training and technical instruction enable each tumbler to achieve their goals. Bookings for Top Tier Tumbling include, one on one private tumbling lessons, semi-private small group tumbling lessons, large group training classes and specialized clinics for all types of teams/gyms/schools/studios.
