Meadow Brook Elementary School PTO Vehicle for parents and teachers to provide information to stay connected enabling a successful partnership with school events and fundraisers. Think again!

Welcome to the Meadow Brook Elementary School PTO page! Our PTO funds many wonderful things for the school. These include:
-transportation costs for all field trips
-enrichment shows brought into the school
-printing the school directory
-classroom/school supplies

We also organize the school book fairs, family pizza night, family reading night, health and fitness night and many other activities

held at Meadow Brook School. None of this would be possible without fundraising and our PTO/volunteers. Interested in becoming a Room Parent? Would you like to be a Committee Chair/Co-Chair Person? Think you don't have enough time to volunteer? We could always use help at any school event. Please feel free to reach out to any one of our board members if you are interested. Other ways that you can make a difference in your child's school aside from donating your time, is by participating in the collection programs noted below or monetary donations. Collection Programs:
-Box Tops for Education
-Campbell’s UPC codes from products that you use every day
-Teracycle - Have your child bring in empty Capri Sun/Honest Kids juice pouches or potato chip bags. It might not seem like much, but these are an easy way for the PTO to get free cash and/or merchandise for the school. The PTO will also accept cash donations or checks made payable to Meadow Brook School PTO. What an amazing End of School Picnic! 🎉☀️ A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us today.

A big shout out to our wonderful vendors who made the day so special: All Events Concessions, Nolan’s Nook Food Truck, ’s drive in, fiction cake pops, and DJ Tom for keeping the energy going!

And a special thank you to our incredible volunteer team who braided hair, painted faces, and applied glitter tattoos nonstop — all in 90+ degree heat! 💪

It’s wonderful to see the Meadow Brook community come together to kick off summer. Here’s to a great one! 🌞

Can’t wait to see everyone tonight at the picnic!! All Events Concessions/Nolan's Nook Food Truck will be on hand as will Cindy’s Drive In with ICE CREAM! Grab a chair, blanket and lots of water and come enjoy our last 2025-26 School Year event. For those still looking for that missing sweater…etc.. the lost and found will be out for a treasure hunt of that missing jacket your child did not come home with in April!
