The East Liverpool High School Alumni Association held its Annual ELHSAA Golf Outing on Saturday, August 22, at the beautiful East Liverpool Country Club. It was a successful, fun, and exciting day filled with great golf, friendly competition, fellowship, and plenty of memories.

Congratulations to our First Place Team, featuring Jim Allmon, Jon Allmon, Jeff Allmon, and Al Richardson. The Second Place Team honors went to Jesse Muldoon, Aiden Pilarcik,Todd Railing, and Mark Railing. Proximity prizes were also awarded throughout the outing, adding even more excitement and friendly competition to the day.

Following the golf outing, participants gathered in the ballroom for a delicious buffet dinner. The evening continued with raffles and the awarding of prizes, while golfers and guests enjoyed good food, great fellowship, and plenty of stories about the day’s adventures on the course. It was a wonderful way to end an already enjoyable day.

The East Liverpool High School Alumni Association extends a huge thank you and our sincere gratitude to the East Liverpool Country Club, Chef Tony, and PGA Golf Professional Dave Moadus, Jr., Larry Claypool, hole sponsors, and Alumni volunteers for helping make this year’s outing such a tremendous success. As an added convenience, Marissa Shallcross of All Sports Printing and Apparel brought a selection of EL Potter and Alumni items available for purchase on site. Attendees also had the opportunity to personalize items which could be picked up at a later date.

The Country Club went above and beyond to arrange and coordinate the outing, prepare an excellent meal, and make sure every detail was handled. Their willingness to go the extra mile and their outstanding hospitality are deeply appreciated by the Alumni Association.

We are grateful to everyone who participated, sponsored, donated, played, attended the dinner, and helped make the 2026 ELHSAA Golf Outing a memorable event. Your continued support helps the East Liverpool High School Alumni Association continue its mission of giving back to our schools, veterans, students, and community.

The East Liverpool High School Alumni Association was honored to recently make donations in support of two important organizations serving the East Liverpool community.

A check was presented to the EL High School Potters News Network, represented by Jason Croxall, to purchase a special digital cinema camera. The camera will be used in the ongoing production of documentary programs highlighting the East Liverpool area, as well as special spotlights featuring East Liverpool High School alumni.

The Alumni Association also presented a check to the Friends of the Library, represented by Karen Walker and Janet English. This donation will help fund and support ongoing community library programming, including author visitations, guest speakers, and other special community events.

The East Liverpool High School Alumni Association is proud to support organizations and programs that celebrate the history, people, and community of East Liverpool. Through these contributions, the Alumni Association continues its commitment to supporting projects that educate, inspire, and bring our community together.
