It took me a little while to figure this out, but I now have my new online store up and running: https://emailsanityexpert.com
You can currently learn more/sign up/register for next week's Outlook webinars on Taming the E-mail Beast (11:00 a.m. Eastern for Classic Outlook Users; 2:00 p.m. Eastern for New/Web Outlook Users) or you can purchase my new and upgraded multi-video training program on Taming the E-mail Beast.
Note the I created this brief 6-minute video that explains the different ways an adult learner can go through this intensive video program:
https://youtu.be/sKWWZm2n6LM
Since the store is new and I'm testing the system and shopping cart, I have both the webinars and the Taming E-mail video program at deeply discounted pricing (you probably won't see this again!)
Please let me know if you run into any problems with the site/navigation/etc., or if anything is confusing.
Pretty sure upon purchase of the multi-video Taming E-mail program, you'll be able to start the program immediately upon purchase.
And yes, this is just a very basic start -- watch for many more of my programs to be posted soon.

Not sure which version of you are using???
One of the best moments at the start of my programs on is when I ask the audience which version of Outlook they are using: Classic vs. New or Web Outlook. I always get a smattering of hands up for each version, but then ask: "And how many of you have NO IDEA what version you are using?", which always gets a good laugh and the majority of the hands up!
I made this little 45-second YouTube Short to help you finally figure that out. Hope it helps!

I just sent out my new Timely Tips for December. It includes the new 19-minute video snippet on "Seamless" start-of-day/throughout-the-day workday management -- how to move from "start of day planning mode" into "email/input management mode" to "focused productivity mode" to "productive meetings" mode to "crisis response" mode and back.
I really personally like the content in this one -- I hope you do too. If you do, please share with others. And let me know if you have any comments on this one -- would love to hear your thoughts/ideas.
