Staff within IPPSR's education area work with MSU faculty members to develop research-based policy education initiatives, events, and publications. The Office for Survey Research supported the evaluation of MSU Extension’s Zoning Administrator Certificate (ZAC) Program by providing expertise in data collection methodology. This support included questionnaire design, sample contact strategies, and identifying the most effective modes of outreach to the target populations, which included past participants, non-participants, and a broader sample of city officials. The results are presented below.
