5 years, 5 Universities, $70,000+ for refugees. That's the impact of the Empowered Arab Sisterhood. We now need your help to continue our efforts to dismantle the stereotypes that seek to define Arab American women, to expand and preserve a safe space for Arab women, and to multiply our positive impact on the refuge crisis. We're raising money for a National Insurance Plan. Please see the link in our bio for more info.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our annual Remembering the Refugees event! You helped us raise over $3100 to support the Kayany Foundation with their initiative in giving Syrian refugee children the chance to have a childhood by educating them in classrooms built in Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. If you would like to help raise more money for these children, please donate to our generosity page: https://www.generosity.com/education-fundraising/remembering-the-refugees-syrian-refugee-education--2
