Spartans, here’s the latest update from President Guskiewicz!

The past several weeks has given Amy and me an opportunity to reflect deeply on what Michigan State University means to our family.

After thoughtful conversations and careful consideration, I've decided to remain at Michigan State as your president.

This university, its people and its mission are at the heart of my decision. I have heard from so many students, faculty, staff, alumni, donors, partners and friends whose encouragement and belief in our future have meant more than I can express.

There is important work underway and even more ahead. Together, we'll continue building on the momentum we've created, supporting our students, advancing discovery, serving our communities and shaping the future of this extraordinary university.

Thank you for your trust, your candor and your commitment to Michigan State. I'm honored to continue this journey alongside you.
