MSU CHM recognizes these outstanding faculty and staff for their achievements and contributions to medical education, research and academics. Delivery of CHM educational programs is heavily dependent upon faculty who reside and work in communities throughout the state. The College of Human Medicine Outstanding Community Faculty Award honors a member of our community-based faculty for their significant contribution to the college. The recipient of this award is generally not employed by MSU but is committed to, and devotes significant time and effort to, an academic career, demonstrating academic and/or research excellence.
