University Stores is your campus source for propane exchange. Exchange must be done at the University Stores counter.

MSU units can purchase University Stores products in-store at 166 Service Rd. or online via Spartan Marketplace.

Place your University Stores orders in Spartan Marketplace prior to 12 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2025 in order to ensure they're charged against funds for FY25.

DHL has announced that their express shipping operations in Canada will be suspended effective Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12 a.m. ET. UPL Logistics is closely monitoring this change and will provide information on potential impacts to university inbound and outbound shipments as they become available.

Did your unit have new capital assets this year? All movable capital assets received and assigned an in-service date in FY25 must have a corresponding asset barcode tag assigned, including tag entry in the asset record by Monday, June 30, 2025.

Get to know Masoud Javadi, UPL's Warehouse Services Supervisor! Masoud joined UPL in 2023. He oversees the daily operations of Warehouse Services, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with university policies.

Capital asset transfer eDocs—including those to the MSU Surplus Store—must be in final status by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 30, 2025. Those not in final status by this time will be disapproved for resubmission in FY26.

Invoices to be paid against purchase orders issued in FY25 must be submitted to Accounts Payable by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The financial system will allocate payments to the appropriate fiscal year based upon the invoice date.

To ensure finalization in FY25, Asset Retirement eDocs must be routed and awaiting Capital Asset Management approval by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025. Asset retirement eDocs not in final status by FYE will be disapproved for resubmission in FY26.
