ChEMS GSA volunteered to Introduce a girl to engineering event for elementary and middle schoolers recently. We demonstrated activity to identify "Smart Materials" based on the response to different stimuli. Thank you for those who helped organize this awesome event and encouraging students to pursue engineering in the future.

We are a week out from the annual ChEMS GSA Thanksgiving potluck! This is a great opportunity for you to bring the dish that brings a smile to your face (you know the one I am talking about) and share them with your fellow ChEMS colleagues!

Here comes the event of the month !!

Do you like halloween? Do you like giving back to the community? If you answered yes to either of these questions, consider joining the GSA for on October 21st at Potter Park Zoo. It's an event that act as a safe trick or treating opportunity for children in the Lansing area. If you would like to hand out candies to these children next Sunday Oct 21, please fill out the google form. Limited transportation will be provided by the GSA from EB to event spot for both the shifts and is provided by the Zoo.

COGS is planning Detroit Red Wings Bus Trip.
Date: October 28th. Leave Campus at 5pm.
Game: Dallas Stars at Detroit Red Wings.
Price: $50 (includes ticket, bus trip from and to MSU Campus and $10 concessions credit).

Tickets go on Sale Oct 1st at noon and will be available until sold out.

You will only be allowed to buy 2 tickets per student.
