Now that I've had a few moments to reflect I want to put into words how grateful I am for the opportunity to act as Secretary General of Red Cedar Model United Nations for three years. It is bittersweet to leave behind a legacy that I have helped build that houses some of the most amazing staff and delegates I could ever ask for. To all the advisors, parents and most importantly delegates you have all made the hours I have put into this conference more than worth it. Your passion for education and global affairs at such a young age truly inspires me. Remember to never feel that you cannot make a difference, Model UN will help you to find our voice and empower you to move forward in making a difference in this world. To all my fellow RCMUN staff I want to say a HUGE thank you for setting aside countless hours to put together your committees, you are the people that make this conference so amazing for these delegates. Thank you to all my fellow secretariat members for putting your passion and skills into RCMUN as well as MSUMUN you all challenge me every day to improve myself as a leader. Finally I would like to thank Kaitlynn Colbert for founding this wonderful conference and Chelsea Bollman (Secretary General of RCMUN I) for always being an amazing friend and mentor throughout my entire RCMUN experience. I will cherish the time I spent with this conference forever and am excited to move forward in this next chapter of my life. I may be wearing maize and blue next year but I will always bleed green.
