Each semester has a final deadline where documents have been accepted and delivered for publishing, all required paperwork has been turned in, all milestones have been completed, and all degree audits have been completed.

The ETD Summer 2026 Final Deadline will be on Wednesday, August 12, 2026

Your document must be accepted and delivered to the publisher, ProQuest, by 5 p.m. ET on the final deadline date.

Office for Graduate Educator Advancement and Teaching has developed a special collaboration with the Biological Sciences Program (“BioSci”) and are recruiting 2 fellows from any discipline or college to join the BioSci-GREAT collaborative group (“B-GREAT”)!

This fellowship is for doctoral students who recognize the value of teaching to develop community with peers and mentors as leaders in educational spaces in their chosen career path.

Graduate students are invited to participate in a Fall Welcome Scavenger Hunt, co-sponsored by The Graduate School, the Office for Graduate Educator Advancement and Teaching, and the Council of Graduate Students - Michigan State University - COGS MSU.

Participants will explore campus while searching for key landmarks or locations and complete a checklist of photos to submit for a chance to win some swag and prizes.

Submissions will open on Saturday, August 1 and close after Monday, August 31.
